• NO refunds will be given.

• Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance.

• Checks returned from the bank will be assessed an additional fee of $15 per check by Townsend Auto School.

• Classes may be cancelled by Townsend Auto School due to inclement weather, illness, or family emergency.

• Please always check voicemails (make sure there is a voice mailbox set up as well) as we will leave voice messages.

****Cancellation Fee Policy****

Cancellation Fee – Driving lessons must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled time or a $40 cancellation fee ($80 for a double lesson) will be applied. Also, if the student does not have a learner’s permit on their person, a cancellation fee of $40 ($80 for a double lesson) will be incurred.
